Dubai - We’ve Only Just Begun
Absolutely jet-lagged, but we are on to Days 3 and 4 of the adventure where we took our first trip to the Dubai Mall and then the Expo!
Jan 4 - The Dubai Mall
The mall was beyond words.
You’ll find me using “gorgeous” and “amazing” way too much, but that’s just what it is. I’ve never seen something so extraordinary in a mall. After a total of about four or five hours of exploring the mall, over the course of the whole trip, I’m certain that I’ve only seen one-third of it. At 12 million square miles, I’m pretty sure that’s an accurate assumption.
Jan 5 - Expo 2020 Dubai
Every five years, the world comes together to show off their latest innovations.
Our group got to explore visual and interactive displays from countries around the globe. Some of us got through many pavilions, but I took my sweet time to explore and allow each experience to completely envelop me.
