Emirates Airlines Los Angeles to Dubai

Oh, this is going to be very nice

Emirates' business class is all-inclusive.

Decisions, decisions... I chose the traditional Arabic mezze, chicken biryani and the tapioca citrus cremeux.

The toiletry bag came complete with hand sanitizer, a face mask and Bvlgari lotion, face cream and lip balm.

Goodbye Los Angeles

The Los Angeles Ports o' Call

Mixed nuts and a Champaign cocktail to start the flight. Plus non-stop Evian water to ensure we stay hydrated.

1st Course: Salad, bread and a traditional Arabic mezze.

Little details made it that much more special

This was DELICIOUS!!

The Chicken Biryani was so flavorful. I was disappointed that I couldn't finish such a large serving!

The desert was delish; a bit sweet for me, but still, the flavors were on point. And, yes, that was my 3rd cocktail. Did I mention this was all-inclusive?

Wandering around the plane. Here are the open pods of business class. The seats lay completely flat and feel very private.

The restroom is stocked with cloth towels and full-sized bottles of Bvlgari perfume and cologne.

Little details in the lounge area.

While the lounge was closed, due to the pandemic, we were allowed to visit the area, briefly. The flight attendants were incredibly kind and offered to take a couple pictures for me.

Wish I could have enjoyed a drink and some conversation, but this was still nice.

Back to my seat to enjoy a movie with my noise cancelling headphones.

Leaving on a jet plane!

Just flying over Canada. NBD.

At this point, I was ready to sleep, but something told me to look out the window...

I'm so glad I looked. I watched as the aurora borealis began to light up the night sky.

A dream come true. I thought I'd never have a chance to see this, but here I was. I shed a tear or two. This was huge for me.

Emirates giving us a starlit "sky" for bedtime.

Can't believe I've flown over Greenland!

The plan is equipped with 3 camera's for our viewing pleasure. I woke up in time to watch us fly into daytime.

Good morning!

I ordered the waffle with fruit and croissant for breakfast. My poor waffle, haha, it was still yummy though.

Dubai Airport looked like a mall, or a palace, or Vegas? I couldn't decide.

I mean, just look at this! This is the baggage claim area! Okay, off to the hotel!
